Itinerary:
Friday
Arrive for an early check in at 3pm and feel your stresses float away in the hydrotherapy hot tub with a bottle of prosecco.
Order an evening meal from our local pub – you pay for the food and we will pay for the delivery to your door.
Saturday
Awake refreshed/reinvigorated ready for an hours yoga session available from beginner to advanced. Vinyasa flow or slow and gentle to dynamic – you choose with Jess Morris. Walk on the Malvern Hills and discover Great Malvern made famous by it’s water cure.
Enjoy the café culture and individual shops of this unspoilt elegant Victorian town at the foot of the hills. Enjoy a holistic treatment, 45 minutes to relax and unwind which is good for the soul. Relax. Rebalance your mind and spirit after your treatment and enjoy the benefits of the private hydrotherapy hot tub.
Sunday
Time for an early morning hike, dip in the tub or just sleep in and hibernate with a breakfast hamper (extra cost) before heading home after a late check out at 11. This is the ultimate retreat for the soul. Leave knowing you have taken time for yourself, and the memories of peace and mindfulness will last long after you have returned home.
