Comfortably sleeping a group of 11 – 14 guests in our thoughtfully converted 17th century Barn, luxurious log cabin, peaceful hideaway hut plus the cool and quirky bell tent. The hardest part will be choosing which one you’d like to stay in!

Whole Site & Multi Cottage Booking Options
At Hop Pickers you can choose between two ways to enjoy an exclusive farm stay, depending on the season:
🌿 Exclusively Hop Pickers (May–September)
From late spring through to early autumn, guests can book all four of our properties together - the Barn, Cabin, Hideaway and the Bell Tent - for a group stay of up to 14 guests.
This option gives you exclusive use of the entire site, including the outdoor heated pool and all facilities (open May–September).
🔥 Hop Pickers Retreat (Autumn–Spring)
Outside the summer season, the bell tent closes and guests can book our three cosy cottages together.
This creates a private, self-contained retreat sleeping up to 11 with communal space in the cowshed - each with a private hot tub! Perfect for family gatherings and countryside escapes. Hop Pickers Retreat is exclusive from October to April.
While it isn’t fully exclusive during the summer months due to the bell tent being available separately, you can still contact us to book a group stay across just the 3 cottages in the summer.

Our cowshed games room has plenty of room to seat up to 14 guests inside, if the weather is bad, with a small kitchenette for food preparation. We can also provide a group set up in our barn garden. This is perfect on a hot summer’s day; with use of a large gas BBQ you can serve up a feast.
With exclusive use of our fantastic facilities, you will have endless entertainment to suit all ages. We have had groups arrange scavenger hunts through our woodland walk or even group yoga in the gardens. Summer swimming, a tennis tournament, retro arcade games are just a few of the activities to choose from.
"The on-site facilities, especially the family get-together room, the cowshed, with its retro games was also much used and enjoyed. The swimming pool was very clean and a good temperature of 27° C and again was thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you Rebecca and Louise"
Our newly enclosed gardens provide a safe space for those who bring their four-legged friends, and the array of farm animals provide a wholesome countryside experience for the little ones, with egg collecting and meet the ponies proving to be increasingly popular.
We can tailor your getaway to cater your individual needs and any special celebrations you have planned. Fabulous local caters can organise afternoon tea or beautifully decorated celebration cakes (advance booking essential). We can arrange for special decorations to be ready on arrival.
