Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Thank you so much for choosing one of our gift vouchers. Below you’ll find the key details that keep everything running nicely, so your lucky recipient can enjoy their countryside break with ease.
Right to Cancel
In line with Distance Selling Regulations, the purchaser has the right to cancel the voucher within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Use of Voucher

Vouchers may be used as part or full payment towards any property booking at Hop Pickers Rural Retreats.

A 2-night minimum stay applies to all bookings made with a gift voucher.

Vouchers are not valid against specially quoted dates or promotional offers (e.g. mid-week discounts).

Vouchers cannot be used for booking extras such as hampers.
Validity

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

The booking must be made before the expiry date, but the stay itself may take place after the voucher has expired.

Expired vouchers cannot be extended unless agreed in writing by Hop Pickers Rural Retreats.
Value & Redemption

If the total cost of the stay exceeds the voucher value, the voucher holder must pay the balance.

If the stay costs less than the voucher value, no refund or credit will be given.

The voucher value is held in the unique code printed on the voucher.

The code may be redeemed once only, is non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Voucher codes must be quoted at the time of booking, either online or directly with the owner.
Lost Vouchers
If you lose your voucher or code, please email sales@hoppickers.co.uk with the purchaser’s name and date of purchase. Replacement codes can be reissued once your details are verified.
