Terms and Conditions

Under Distance Selling regulations, the purchaser of the voucher has the right to a refund in the first 14 days after purchase.
This voucher may be used on any property booking at Hop Pickers Rural Retreats with a 2 night minimum stay as part or full payment.
The booking must be made before expiry (31.12.2024), but the holiday may fall beyond the expiry date.
If the value of the stay is more than the voucher value, the voucher holder will be responsible for paying the difference.
If the value of the stay is less than the voucher value, there will be no refund.
The value of the voucher is in the unique code on the voucher. This may be redeemed once, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is non-refundable.
This voucher is not valid for any specially quoted dates ie. Mid-week discounted special offer.
This voucher cannot be used on ‘booking extras’ ie. Hamper.
When booking simply enter online or inform the owner you will be paying by voucher, and give them the unique code.
The value will be deducted from the price of your holiday. Lost voucher codes can be retrieved by emailing sales@hoppickers.co.uk and identifying the purchaser and date of purchase.
